This is a key role within the team, working closely with a UK based client coordinating and managing digital information across multiple projects. This award-winning contractor is known for their innovative approach to a wide variety of large scale projects developing new techniques that enable a closer relationship between design and construction.

About you:

  • You will have advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC.
  • You will have strong technical knowledge of building regulations and BIM standards.
  • You will have experience with producing information requirements (PIR, EIR, OIR and AIR) in accordance with ISO 19560.
  • You will have worked on large scale projects from stage 2 onwards leading BIM delivery.
  • You will have prior experience of training and supporting staff in BIM.
  • You will have prior experience of training and supporting staff in best use of BIM related tools and methodology.
  • You will ideally have good knowledge of Dynamo, scripting and visualisation tools.
