An exciting associate level opportunity has come in with a leading global architecture and interior design studio for an experienced BIM Lead to join their London office.

About this role

This global design studio, known for their exciting architectural and interior design projects, is looking for a talented and experienced BIM Leader to join their Central London studio. You will lead a small BIM specialist team supporting architects and interior designers in the best use of Revit across all design stages, ensuring the best use of BIM tools and helping to develop bespoke workflows. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing practice standards and procedures and ensuring they are in line with ISO 19650 requirements. You will work closely with the partners and associate directors, providing guidance and support on new design technologies and how best to utilise them across a wide range of projects.

About you

  • You will have advanced knowledge of Revit.
  • You will have extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience.
  • You will have experience of developing, implementing and delivering BIM strategies on medium to large scale projects.
  • You will have good knowledge of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations.
  • You will have good knowledge of either Navisworks, ACC / BIM 360 or other AEC coordination tools.
  • You will ideally have some knowledge of other software like Dynamo, Grasshopper and plugins for automating tasks.
  • You will have experience working at a leading studio in a BIM Manager or similar role.
