A rare and exciting new opportunity has come in with an iconic global architecture studio for an experienced BIM Coordinator within their vibrant London office.
About this role
This studio, renowned for their unique and innovative approach and high-tech designs are looking for a talented BIM specialist with a background working on large scale and complex projects to join their Central London studio. The studio delivers innovative projects globally across key sectors, including commercial towers, infrastructure, masterplans and mixed use. You will work as part of their Design Technology Team supporting Architects and designers in the best use of Revit across all design stages, ensuring the best use of BIM tools and developing bespoke workflows. You will also work closely with the BIM Lead and other BIM specialists ensuring practice standards and procedures are upheld and followed.
About you
- You will have advanced knowledge of Revit and Rhino
- You will have extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience
- You will ideally have experience of BIM delivery on large scale or complex projects
- You will have good knowledge of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations
- You will have good knowledge of either Navisworks, ACC, BIM Collab, Solibiri or other AEC coordination tools
- You will ideally have some knowledge of other softwares like Dynamo, Grasshopper and plugins for automating tasks
- You will have experience working at a leading studio in a BIM Coordination or similar role
