Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has come in with a global Architecture and Design studio for an experienced BIM Coordinator within their vibrant London office.
About this role
This studio, renowned for their approach to sustainable and high performance design across commercial, higher education, healthcare, mixed use and urban design, are looking for a talented BIM specialist with a background working on large scale and complex projects to join their Central London studio. You will work closely with the design team and will support them in the best use of Revit across all stages as well as ensuring the best use of BIM tools and developing bespoke workflows. You will also work closely with the BIM Manager and other BIM specialists ensuring practice standards and procedures are upheld and followed.
About you
- You will have advanced knowledge of Revit
- You will have extensive Revit modelling, model management and content creation experience
- You will ideally have experience of BIM delivery on large scale or complex projects
- You will have good knowledge of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations
- You will ideally have good knowledge of Navisworks, Solibiri and other coordination tools gained from working on live projects
- Experience working on healthcare projects is advantageous
- You will have experience working at a leading studio in a BIM Coordination or similar role
