The Role
This is a Senior IC position with significant influence across multiple product squads. You’ll define and drive experience vision, leading through design craft, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration. - Driving the uplift of core app experiences, with a focus on usability, polish, and engagement

- Influencing senior stakeholders and embedding design-led thinking across the organisation
- Acting as a catalyst for change, raising the bar for design quality, process, and impact
What We’re Looking For
- A proven senior/lead-level product designer already operating at a high level
- Strong mobile app and B2C product experience (this is essential)
- Exceptional visual design craft, with a portfolio showcasing polished, brand-led work
- Experience shaping end-to-end product experiences in complex environments
- Confidence working across multiple squads and influencing without direct authority
- A track record of driving meaningful change in product design environments
What’s Less Important
Prior fintech or financial services experience is a bonus but not required.
Salary & Working Model
Up to £140,000 (+ 20% bonus) 5 days per week in London office.
