Senior Product Designer (Motion) – Up to £90k

Hybrid – 2 days/week in London

We’re working with a digital agency known for launching standout products with purpose and personality. Their work blends strategic thinking with beautiful execution, and they’re looking for someone who has worked on Motion Design for digital products (app) and also has a wider UX/UI background.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes UX and UI , but also brings a deep love for brand and motion design . You\’ll be someone who can take a product from wireframes to polished interactions and make it look and feel truly special. If you care as much about the experience as you do about how it moves, flows, and visually comes to life, this one’s for you!

What you’ll do:

  • Design seamless product experiences across UX and UI, with a strong focus on visual and brand expression
  • Bring energy, motion, and polish to products – tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Figma prototyping are second nature
  • Join a variety of fast-paced, exciting projects – some short-term sprints, some more in-depth
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring thoughtful, high-quality work to life
  • Contribute to a growing IC or management track, with room to grow and shape your career

What we’re looking for:

  • A portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI design, plus distinctive and creative brand application
  • Confident working across the full design process—from discovery through to prototyping and handoff
  • Experience in interaction design, motion, animation etc
  • Comfortable jumping into projects and making an impact quickly
  • Passionate about creating work that’s both functional and beautiful

Salary: Up to £90k + profit share + benefits
