About The Team
You'll be joining a team of experienced recruiters, each with over five years of specialist Product, Design or Technology recruitment experience. We're collaborative, commercially minded and highly driven, but without the bureaucracy and politics often found in larger agencies. Our reputation has been built on deep market expertise, genuine partnerships and delivering exceptional outcomes. We don't send CVs to hit KPIs—we introduce people who solve hiring challenges.
The Role
As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll be responsible for building and growing your specialist market while delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to startup and scale-up clients. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, combining market expertise, business development and consultative client management to generate revenue and strengthen our position within the technology ecosystem.
This role is ideal for an ambitious agency recruiter looking to increase their earning potential, take greater ownership of their desk and accelerate their progression towards leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across one of Product, Design or emerging technology markets
- Deliver high-quality permanent search assignments for startup and scale-up clients
- Conduct market mapping, headhunting and proactive talent engagement
- Build and nurture long-term candidate relationships
- Create exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process
- Maintain deep market knowledge and provide consultative hiring advice
- Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking and referrals
- Build relationships with founders, hiring managers and leadership teams
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships
- Contribute to revenue growth through new client acquisition and account development
- Represent Found By Few at industry events and within relevant communities
- Brand Building
- Develop your personal brand within your specialist market
- Create and share market insights that add value to clients and candidates
- Support Found By Few's positioning as a market-leading recruitment partner
- Contribute to content, events and community initiatives where appropriate
About You
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in agency recruitment, or a combination of recruitment and sales experience
- Knowledge of the UK and European startup and scale-up ecosystem
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in qualifying opportunities and managing hiring processes
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and accountable for results
- Comfortable working with autonomy in a scale-up environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Strong alignment with our values around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Desirable
- Experience in business development, cold outreach or client acquisition
- Recruitment experience within Product, Design, Engineering, Data, DevOps, Security or other technology markets
- Experience running events, community initiatives or market engagement activities
