The Role
You’ll work across the full recruitment lifecycle, building relationships with candidates and clients and delivering high-quality searches across the Product and Design market. You’ll be responsible for:
- Sourcing and headhunting Design talent across the UK and Europe
- Building and developing your candidate network
- Managing candidate processes from initial conversation through to placement
- Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Supporting and developing existing client relationships
- Identifying opportunities for new business
You’ll have plenty of support from an experienced specialist team, but also a high level of autonomy as you develop.
About You
We’re open to different backgrounds, but you’ll ideally have:
- 1+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally agency-side
- Experience within Design, UX, UI, Digital, Tech or a related market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in recruitment and working with people
- A commercial mindset and motivation to achieve
- A proactive, self-starting approach
- An interest in building a career within specialist recruitment
We’d also consider candidates from a sales or business development background who are looking to move into recruitment.
