We’re partnering with a major, globally recognised organisation to find an exceptional Lead Product Designer to join their growing design function. This is a rare opportunity to shape high-impact, consumer-facing digital experiences at scale.
The Role
This is a Senior IC position with significant influence across multiple product squads. You’ll define and drive experience vision, leading through design craft, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration.
This role is about originating and shaping best-in-class mobile experiences, not just iterating on existing ones.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Originating and shaping new B2C product experiences from concept to execution
- Driving the uplift of core app experiences, with a focus on usability, polish, and engagement
- Championing visual design excellence and brand expression across the product
- Influencing senior stakeholders and embedding design-led thinking across the organisation
- Acting as a catalyst for change, raising the bar for design quality, process, and impact
What We’re Looking For
- A proven senior/lead-level product designer already operating at a high level
- Strong mobile app and B2C product experience (this is essential)
- Exceptional visual design craft, with a portfolio showcasing polished, brand-led work
- Experience shaping end-to-end product experiences in complex environments
- Confidence working across multiple squads and influencing without direct authority
- A track record of driving meaningful change in product design environments
What’s Less Important
- Prior fintech or financial services experience is a bonus but not required
Salary & Working Model
- Up to £140,000 (+ 20% bonus)
- 5 days per week in London office
If you’re a visually strong, mobile-first designer who enjoys shaping experiences and driving change at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
