The business: Fashion retailer. Senior hire to own the commercial strategy for Loyalty, covering membership, rewards and CRM, at scale. This is a role with real ownership, focused on driving revenue and repeat behaviour, not just engagement. You’ll be backed by leadership that genuinely values loyalty and gives you space to build properly, move quickly, and have real commercial impact.

You’ll need…

  • Strong experience in CRM / loyalty / growth in retail or high-frequency ecomm
  • Track record of building or scaling a membership / rewards programme and driving retention, frequency and CLV
  • Hands-on experience with reward mechanics (points, cashback, tiers, offers), plus segmentation and personalisation tied to revenue
  • Comfortable working closely with product/tech in a fast-paced, omni-channel environment, shipping and iterating quickly
