The role:

Own search functionality for a scaled and established, profitable marketplace, investing heavily in product and tech. You'll lead search optimisation at scale, with full ownership and exec visibility.

What you will be doing:

  • Owning the Search roadmap and shaping how customers discover and choose, with ranking and personalisation.
  • Working closely with a CPO who champions fresh insights.
  • Collaborating with engineers and designers to test ideas, launch improvements and scale what works.

What we are looking for:

  • B2C ecommerce, marketplace or travel tech background
  • Deep experience in search, discovery and personalisation
  • Experience working in high-traffic product environments with an experimentation culture
