The internship will commence at Fosun's London office, supporting the Fosun Hive Overseas team. The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with the real estate investment professionals, gaining exposure to market research, financial analysis, and transaction execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering market information, organizing and analyzing corporate and property data.
- Preparing investment materials and assisting in the coordination of key business activities and decisions.
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models to support real estate acquisitions, developments and asset management strategies.
- Assisting in the preparation of investment memorandum and presentations for internal Investment Committees and external stakeholders.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis across real estate sectors, geographies and trends.
- Supporting the due diligence process, including the review of legal, financial and operational materials.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to support transaction execution.
- Assisting in portfolio and asset performance analysis and reporting.
- Undertaking other responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Mandarin (spoken and written) would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organised, approachable and proactive.
- Willingness to commit to a six‑month placement.
