As we expand our presence in the UK, we are seeking an experienced HCM Programme Manager to play a key role in delivering complex, people-centred technology programmes for our clients. This is an opportunity to help shape how we deliver HCM solutions in the UK while working closely with global colleagues.
As an HCM Programme Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex HCM programmes for UK and international clients, transforming how organisations manage their people, payroll, and HR technology.
- Oversee HR technology implementations, including HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, and talent systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Manage programme risks, budgets, and delivery standards.
Requirements:
- Significant experience (10+ years) delivering HCM projects or programmes.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and workforce management solutions.
- Experience working with UK payroll and regulatory frameworks (including HMRC).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
