We’re expanding in the UK and looking for a dynamic HCM Project / Programme Manager to help shape our next phase of growth.
This is more than a traditional project management position. You will lead complex HCM initiatives across UK and international clients, helping organisations transform how they manage their people, payroll, and technology.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HCM projects and programmes
- Deliver HR technology implementations (HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, talent systems)
- Manage risks, budgets, and delivery quality
- 10+ years’ experience in HCM project or programme delivery
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (HRIS, payroll, workforce management)
- Experience with UK payroll and regulatory frameworks (HMRC, GDPR preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Work on global transformation programmes
