Fosters Solicitors LLP in Norwich seeks an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor (4+ years PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive to join the Medical Negligence & Inquests team. This role is predominantly remote, with an initial induction week at our Norwich office and occasional visits thereafter.
You will handle claimant medical negligence files, conduct legal research, liaise with experts and courts, and work collaboratively to deliver excellent client care and outcomes while supporting junior staff.
