Join our family-focussed team as a Full-Time Supervising Social Worker supporting families across the Midlands. Fostering Together is seeking a qualified social worker in and around the Leicestershire area to join our family-focussed specialist service which is dedicated to supporting children with disabilities and complex medical needs.

Role and responsibilities:
- You will provide professional supervision and developmental support, advice and guidance to a small number of fostering families based in the East & West Midlands.
- You will be part of an aspirational fostering team which upholds the core values and beliefs of the organisation and contributes to the growth and development of the agency.
- This includes ensuring that children, young people and foster carers receive a high-quality service, and that progress and achievements are recognised and celebrated.
It's essential that you have:
- Either a Degree in Social Work (BA), Masterβs Degree in Social Work, or a Diploma in Social Work (DipSW).
- A current Social Work England registration.
- Strong ethos of keeping the child at the centre of your work.
- Strong sense of ability to support the needs of a wide range of disabled children.
- A stable career history and knowledge of fostering services.
- A willingness to continue to learn and broaden your knowledge in relation to disabilities and communication methods.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Detail:
