Fostering People is seeking a Senior / Supervising Social Worker to join their West Midlands team. You will recruit, train, assess, and supervise Foster Parents, ensuring safe and suitable placements for looked-after children.

The role is 28 hours per week, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and flexible working days. You will be supported by an experienced management team in an Outstanding agency.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
