Up to £28k + 20% bonus

We’re looking for a confident, energetic and commercially driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing Hershey team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent some of the most recognisable confectionery brands in the market, working across symbol stores and independent convenience stores.

If you enjoy being out on the road, building relationships, selling face‑to‑face and seeing the impact of your work in‑store, this could be a brilliant role for you.

The role:

  • As a Reese’s Urban Activator, you’ll be responsible for growing distribution, driving sales and building strong relationships with retailers across your territory.
  • You’ll be visiting stores daily, identifying opportunities, selling key products, merchandising displays and supporting retailers with the right information to help them maximise sales.
  • This is a field‑based role, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing your own journey plan, working independently and being accountable for your results.

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident speaking to retailers and decision‑makers
  • Target‑driven and motivated by results
  • Organised and able to manage their own territory
  • Resilient, with the ability to handle objections
  • Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role
  • Positive, professional and able to represent a major brand well
  • Experienced in sales, retail, FMCG, convenience, wholesale or van sales — although attitude and drive are just as important
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
