Contract: Full-time

Location: UK based, ideally based Central to North of UK.

Salary: £48k + On Target Opportunity to earn 20% bonus + £6,000 car allowance + other benefits including a monthly allowance of Rockstar Energy Drinks, along with regular opportunities to win exciting incentives.

About the role:

Foster works with some of the biggest names in food & drink. This is an awesome opportunity to join our team working with our brand partner, Carlsberg Britvic, and their Rockstar Energy brand. Rockstar’s bold flavours and hardworking boost of energy help you to Press Play on living for fun, not function.

You will be leading a dynamic and exciting team of Territory Managers (City Leads) across the UK (from Reading to Edinburgh) growing distribution, availability, and awareness of Rockstar wherever their target consumer lives, works, and plays.

The detail stuff:

  • You will help shape availability & presence of Rockstar in Cities across the UK, leading a team of tenacious Territory Managers (City Leads).
  • You will train and motivate your team to look at each City through the eyes of a Rockstar consumer, unlocking those hidden gems of distribution where the target consumer lives, works, and plays.
  • Your role will amplify the amazing work being undertaken in each City by leading your team to be on the pulse of what is happening in their cities.
  • You will drive a team that is amplifying availability in the coolest places, be it events or festivals or the busiest consumer hotspots.
  • Your role will require you to consider how major Live National festivals in the UK can positively impact Rockstar Energy sales in Cities across the UK.
  • You will be an active member of a highly energetic and passionate team, leading comms, sharing your expertise and wins across your team, and sharing best practice and learnings with key stakeholders for collective success.
