Want to build brands, win listings, and see products you’ve sold out in the market? Energy. Commercial instinct. Relentless drive.

We’re looking for an Account Executive/BDE to join Team Foster and help accelerate the growth of exciting food and drink brands across the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to put existing knowledge into practice, gaining broader exposure, and taking on more ownership and responsibility as they grow. If you’re passionate about food & drink, confident speaking with buyers, and motivated by results, we want to hear from you.

This is a role for someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships with buyers and turning opportunities into listings. You’ll be responsible for putting our partner brands in front of the right decision-makers and securing distribution across out-of-home, wholesale and retail channels. In addition to opening new doors, you’ll grow a portfolio of existing accounts - building momentum within them, strengthening relationships, and driving incremental distribution.

This is a remote, home-based position.

What You’ll Do

  • Secure new listings and build relationships for our partner brands across out-of-home/foodservice, wholesale and retail channels.
  • You’ll work across a portfolio of existing accounts, building relationships, supporting their development, and helping to drive growth.
  • Present compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate why a brand deserves space on shelf or menu.
  • Use industry networks, LinkedIn and events to expand reach and generate new leads.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close listing opportunities.
  • Manage a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities through Foster’s CRM system.
  • Deliver measurable growth through increased listings, expanded distribution and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone looking to take the next step - embracing greater responsibility and playing an active role in driving account growth.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • A tenacious, can-do attitude.
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to buyers and decision-makers.
  • Highly organised and able to manage a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint & presentation skills.
  • Results driven.
  • Passion for food, drink and emerging brands.
  • Experience selling to UK businesses or working with retail buyers is highly desirable.
  • Use of a suitable car – a car allowance will be provided.
  • Right to work in the UK.

What You’ll Get

  • Salary up to £30,000 + bonus + £6 car allowance.
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Full training and support to develop your sales and commercial skills.
  • The opportunity to work with exciting challenger brands.
  • A collaborative, high-energy team environment.
  • Real opportunity to grow as Foster continues to scale.
