We’re looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join us as Urban Activators (think Field Sales but amplified!) representing amazing brands such as Ocean Spray, Loacker, Ryvita and Clif Bar in Convenience and Independent stores.
This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll be out in the field every day, ensuring our brands are visible on shelf, stocked and sold.
- Visit 13 convenience and independent stores daily
- Sell key food & drink lines directly from your vehicle to drive immediate distribution in line with our strategy
- Influence retailers to purchase ongoing stock from their preferred cash & carry
- Build eye-catching displays and place point-of-sale materials
- Work with store owners/managers to grow sales and visibility
- Capture data on your tablet to track performance
Ideally you will have a sales background, however it is not essential. Some of our best Urban Activators have come from hospitality, retail, or customer service, where they’ve listened and been confident in talking to people, solved problems, and been self-motivated on busy days.
This role is also a great first step into a sales career in FMCG – we’ll give you the training, support, and experience you need to develop.
Requirements:
- A holder of a full UK driving licence, with your own vehicle
- Able to store point-of-sale materials and free stock at home
Benefits:
- Up to £30k salary + 10% bonus opportunity
- Company vehicle provided (van) + phone and tablet to support your work
- 28 days holidays (including public holidays) and a day off for your birthday
- Regular training, support, and incentives
- Contributory Pension
- We care about mental well-being – we provide all colleagues with 24/7 support on physical, financial & mental health
- Annual pay reviews
- Enhanced career development opportunities through our Rebel Talent programme
This is an awesome opportunity to join our incredible field sales team. An exciting role for someone who enjoys growing the distribution and footprint of a brand and doesn’t mind opening new doors with prospective customers. If you’ve got a passion for field sales and brand building, this is your dream role!
