As a Senior Workplace Consultant at Foster + Partners, you will help shape the future of workplaces across global projects, blending creative thinking with analytical insight to develop innovative, people‑centred strategies. Working closely with clients, designers and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead the development of briefs, space programs, workplace research and data‑driven recommendations that transform how organisations use space.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of workplace strategies, briefs, space programs and strategic reports.
- Translate research and data into meaningful, actionable workplace recommendations.
- Deliver space planning, test fits, floorplate analysis and spatial improvement strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and engagement activities with clients and stakeholders.
- Guide research, benchmarking and the evolution of workplace consultancy tools and methods.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills with confidence in client engagement.
- A strategic, creative and analytical mindset with experience managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and work collaboratively within a structured environment.
- Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Excel, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
- BA (MA preferred) in Architecture, Interior Design or a related design field.
- 6–8 years’ experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate or interior design.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a wider team, handling sensitive information with professionalism.
