As a Senior Personal Assistant at Foster + Partners, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders at the heart of a world‑renowned design studio. This is a fast‑paced, highly visible position where you’ll bring structure, clarity and calm to a dynamic environment, managing priorities, building trusted relationships and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong diary, inbox and travel management expertise across international schedules.
  • Confidence handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • High level of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
