Description

As a Receptionist at Foster + Partners, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the Practice, creating exceptional first impressions for guests, clients and colleagues alike. Working in a fast-paced and creative environment, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional reception and telephone service while ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards and culture of Foster + Partners.

What you will bring to the team:

• A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm, resilient and effective under pressure and conflicting deadlines.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and visitors at all levels.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Fluent in English is essential. Fluency in other languages is desirable.
