We are looking for a proactive and organized Postroom Team Leader to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of our post room operations, stationery procurement, and office support services.

Location: London
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am‑5pm or 9am‑6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Carry out day‑to‑day operation of the postroom, including receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching mail and parcels, as well as coordinating and handling courier services.
- Manage and maintain all postroom equipment and office copiers, including arranging service calls with suppliers when required.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels in line with projected workflow, ensuring a continuous supply of essential items.
- Anticipate and respond to changing operational demands, adjusting resources accordingly.
- Demonstrate effective problem‑solving, particularly in the absence of a line manager.
- Oversee the full stationery purchasing process, including supplier liaison, sourcing new suppliers, and invoice management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of internal stationery usage and source products to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with Foster + Partners procedures and standards at all times.
- Actively support and champion Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), embedding these principles into daily work.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within a postroom environment is essential.
- Proven ability to manage similar responsibilities effectively.
