About the role
Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate across disciplines to create powerful brochures, presentations, and branded assets that articulate our vision, celebrate our projects, and strengthen our presence in priority markets worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop, produce, and manage high-quality marketing brochures (including bilingual versions) and presentation decks that elevate brand visibility and client engagement.
- Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with our strategic marketing plan and reflects our design ethos.
- Partner with our graphics team to craft consistent, beautifully designed branded materials, event collateral, and visual language.
- Build deep knowledge of Foster + Partners’ global portfolio to support market positioning.
- Oversee content accuracy for project pages, team profiles, and all brochure updates.
- Coordinate the distribution of materials for events and outreach, including QR code setup, microsites, and digital business cards.
- Analyse performance across print and digital assets, optimising for impact.
- Produce clear impact reports to track leads, market activity, and competitive position.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop new, targeted materials for business development.
- Shape thoughtful, client-focused marketing initiatives with defined audiences and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering high-quality marketing and communications outputs.
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign (essential).
- Experience within architecture, design, or the built environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and impeccable written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
