Responsibilities
- Build and lead a supplier relationship management framework that delivers measurable business impact
- Influence strategic supply chain decisions across a global, collaborative organisation
- Develop strong partnerships with design, engineering and specialist consultancy suppliers
- Champion sustainability, innovation and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver value, manage risk and drive performance
- Drive supplier performance and support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Establish governance frameworks and manage supplier lifecycle effectively
- Identify, assess and mitigate supplier and supply chain risks in complex environments
- Key requirements
- Proven experience delivering value through procurement or supplier relationship management in professional services, architecture, engineering or consultancy
- Expertise in developing and implementing supplier relationship management programmes and governance frameworks
- Ability to identify, assess and mitigate supplier and supply chain risks
- Experience using supplier management tools such as Ivalua, Coupa and GEP Smart
- Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial, delivery-focused mindset
