We are looking for a high-quality Recruiter to lead hiring across some of our most challenging and business-critical roles. From engineering and BIM to digital, IT, legal, finance, HR and project management — you will partner with a wide range of teams to deliver an exceptional recruitment service, focused on quality, agility and trusted collaboration.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment across specialist and corporate functions — from briefing through to offer.
  • Manage a high-touch, quality-led hiring process focused on stakeholder partnership and candidate experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs to shape resourcing plans.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage high-quality, hard-to-find talent.
  • Recruit into complex and niche areas including engineering, BIM, digital, IT, legal, finance, HR, commercial and project management.
  • Guide and support hiring managers on role design, interview planning and selection decisions.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and support our employer brand strategy.
  • Use recruitment insights to track performance and continuously improve outcomes.

  • A skilled recruiter with a strong track record delivering hard-to-fill roles across specialist and corporate functions.
  • Ideally experienced in a creative, technical or design-led organisation, or a similarly fast-paced, high-quality environment.
  • Insightful and agile — able to manage complex recruitment needs across multiple disciplines.
  • A strong communicator who builds trust with stakeholders and candidates alike.
  • Proactive, hands-on and experienced in direct sourcing and pipeline development.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding hiring experiences and inclusive outcomes.
