About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and organised Image Post-Production Coordinator to support our busy photography department. Reporting to the Photographer and ultimately the Head of Photography, you will play a key role in elevating our visual output across stills and film.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Digitally process and retouch photographs from the photography team.
- Edit and grade film footage into short movies as required.
- Upload, tag, rank and caption all digital assets accurately.
- Support the Image Librarian in sourcing project images and ensuring correct metadata and organisation.
- Assist in maintaining the image library project database.
- Contribute to wider team tasks and provide support where needed.
- Champion and integrate equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI) across relevant workstreams.
- Ensure full compliance with F+P procedures, standards and workflows.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven ability to undertake the responsibilities listed.
- Legally eligible to work in the country of employment.
- Strong IT and software skills, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects and Bridge.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong initiative.
