Foster + Partners is seeking an experienced and confident HR Manager to join our global studio. This is a key role within the HR team, responsible for delivering a proactive, highâquality HR service that supports our people, culture and strategic objectives across the practice.
Working closely with senior leaders, directors and managers, the HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor on a wide range of people matters. The role requires strong judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively within a fastâpaced, designâled and international environment.
Key responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Partner with leadership teams to support organisational change, workforce planning and talent development initiatives
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are consistently applied and aligned with employment legislation and best practice
- Oversee core employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, probation, development and retention
- Support the delivery of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the practice
- Contribute to an inclusive, positive and highâperforming workplace culture
- Significant experience in an HR Manager or senior HR advisory role, ideally within a professional services, creative or international organisation
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence advising stakeholders at all levels
- A pragmatic, solutionsâfocused approach with the ability to balance commercial priorities and people needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build trusted relationships
