At Foster + Partners, you’ll take a pivotal leadership role shaping the digital direction of our Environmental Engineering Group. You’ll define and drive the Digital Engineering strategy, lead and mentor BIM teams, and champion innovation across tools, workflows and information management—helping the group deliver coordinated, high‑quality engineering outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities and Impact:
- Set the strategy for Digital Engineering and make a measurable impact across a global studio.
- Lead, mentor and grow high‑performing BIM and digital delivery teams.
- Drive innovation through automation, AI, R&D and emerging digital tools.
- Influence how BIM and information management are applied on complex, large‑scale projects.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, clients and cross‑disciplinary digital teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Clear leadership of BIM delivery, production planning and digital quality assurance.
- Oversight of coordinated, high‑quality MEPF models, data and documentation.
- A proactive approach to upskilling teams and embedding best practice.
- Proven experience leading MEP BIM teams on large projects using Revit.
- In‑depth knowledge of BIM and information management standards, including ISO 19650.
- Experience developing BEPs, MIDPs, TIDPs and managing common data environments.
- Chartered Engineer status with strong technical and problem‑solving capability.
