As a Real-Time Artist at Foster + Partners, you’ll be part of a world-class Visualisation and Film team creating immersive, interactive experiences that bring ambitious architectural ideas to life. Working across disciplines, from architecture to applied research, you’ll help shape cutting-edge real-time content using Unity and emerging technologies, balancing visual excellence with performance while collaborating with talented creatives across the practice.This role is ideal if you want to:Create high-quality real-time and immersive experiences for visionary global projects.Work at the intersection of architecture, design, and emerging technology.Collaborate with architects, designers and specialists across multiple disciplines.Develop and refine workflows within Unity and immersive pipelines.Solve complex technical challenges while maintaining exceptional visual quality.What you will bring to the team:Experience delivering real-time visualisation, VR or immersive content.Confidence working in Unity, including UI/UX and material development, and demonstrated experience building a VR or immersive project in Unity (or equivalent).Strong eye for detail, aesthetics and user experience.Ability to troubleshoot workflows and optimise performance-heavy scenes.Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.Minimum 2 years’ experience in real-time visualisation, games, film or similar.Understanding of high-poly workflows (e.g. Rhino, Revit integration).What we offer:We offer a benefits package designed to help you thrive professionally and personally.
