What We’re Looking For:
- Chartered status with a relevant institution.
- Extensive experience in fire engineering, fire research, or safety design.
- Strong leadership and management experience—able to drive change and inspire a team.
- A deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, probabilistic risk analysis, and fire engineering principles.
- Experience working with international fire safety regulations.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a creative approach to fire safety challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage complex projects.
- Familiarity with software tools such as FDS, CFAST, OZone, B‑RISK, and structural analysis software.
- Experience with advanced engineering methods such as CFD modeling, reliability analysis, and automation tools like Python, MATLAB, or R (desirable).
