Join Our Team as a Finance Business Partner/Studio Project Accountant (FTC) at Foster + Partners. Foster + Partners, an award-winning global studio for architecture, design, and innovation, is looking for a Finance Business Partner/Studio Project Accountant on a fixed-term basis to join our finance team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of one of the world’s most celebrated architecture practices, supporting a portfolio of cutting-edge international projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project leaders and the wider finance team to ensure the financial success of creative and commercially significant work.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Studio Heads to manage the division and project budgets, forecasts, reports, dashboards and financial risks.
- Monitor division and project performance and provide proactive financial insight.
- Support month-end processes and analysis, revenue recognition, and cost tracking.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely studio project invoicing and accounting compliance.
- Support ongoing transition to new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and be proactive in adapting to the associated business change.
Qualifications
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior business leaders to improve financial performance.
- Globally recognised accounting qualification.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
- Experience in project accounting, ideally within architecture, design, or professional services is desirable.
