Foster + Partners is a global studio for architecture, engineering, urban, and landscape design, rooted in sustainability.

We are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join the Facilities team in our Battersea office.

  • Role responsibilities
  • Managing jobs in our CAFM system.
  • Raising PO's and dealing with invoices.
  • Managing our CAFM system for both reactive and planned jobs.
  • Scanning and managing expense claims.
  • Dealing with daily emails.
  • Booking meeting rooms.
  • Providing basic IT support to all facilities team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CAFM systems and pre-planned maintenance.

You will be part of the overall Helpdesk team, managing the email inbox, updating the system, and managing jobs that come through by booking contractors.

Strong Excel skills are essential for reporting and data analysis, along with a proactive approach to work.

You should be confident in your communication abilities at all levels.

Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines are crucial.
