As an Enterprise Systems Analyst at Foster + Partners, you’ll play a key role in shaping, supporting, and evolving our Dynamics 365 platform, with a strong focus on Customer Engagement modules. Sitting within our Information Systems team, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on system ownership, continuous improvement and acting as the technical bridge between technology and the business in a fast‑paced, collaborative studio environment.
Role Summary
- Take ownership of a live Dynamics 365 environment and help it perform at its best.
- Be the go‑to technical expert for CRM and Customer Engagement systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to turn real business needs into smart system solutions.
- Get hands‑on with configuration, workflows and platform optimisation.
- Support system releases, updates and ongoing improvements post go‑live.
What you will bring to the team
- Hands‑on support and administration of Dynamics 365, particularly CE modules.
- Strong system configuration skills, including security roles, access and environments.
- The ability to translate user requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Confidence supporting BAU issues while driving long‑term system improvements.
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 in a technical, systems or admin role.
- Background in CRM, business systems analysis or IT support.
- Strong understanding of workflows, business rules and process automation.
