We are seeking an Ecologist to join our growing landscape team, supporting the delivery of innovative and ecologically robust design solutions across a diverse global portfolio.
Working collaboratively with landscape architects and sustainability specialists, the role will contribute to high-profile master‑planning, public realm, regeneration and green infrastructure projects worldwide.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with landscape architects to develop ecologically robust and sustainable landscape proposals
- Advising on planting strategies, species selection and planting communities across a range of global contexts
- Supporting biodiversity and ecological site analyses, including habitats, species and protected areas
- Contributing to ecological impact assessments, mitigation and enhancement strategies
- Assisting with biodiversity net gain and natural capital considerations
- Supporting the development of management plans and long‑term maintenance strategies
- Collaborating with sustainability teams to integrate ecological benefits into wider project strategies
We are seeking a junior to mid‑level ecologist or horticultural professional with a strong academic background in ecology, biology, zoology or plant sciences, excellent research and communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
