We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Sustainability Specialist to join our Sustainability + Environmental Design team. This is a unique opportunity to work on globally significant projects, alongside some of the most talented professionals in architecture, engineering, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support whole-life carbon assessments on high-profile international projects.
- Integrate circular economy principles and materials reuse strategies from early concept through to end-of-life.
- Use advanced tools and workflows including OneClick LCA, BIM, and parametric modelling to drive sustainable material choices.
- Translate complex carbon and circularity data into clear visual communications and practical design guidance.
- Work collaboratively across disciplines within a fully integrated design studio environment.
- Contribute to the development of internal digital tools and sustainability strategies.
- For senior candidates: mentor team members, facilitate client workshops, and represent sustainability at key project stages.
About You
- Professional background in architecture, engineering, or environmental design.
- 3–7+ years of experience working on embodied carbon, LCA, and circular design within the built environment.
- Proficient with tools and standards such as EN 15978, RICS NRM, ISO 14040, LETI benchmarks, and GLA WLC guidance.
- Skilled in OneClick LCA or similar tools (e.g. SimaPro, Tally) and confident using Revit/BIM workflows.
- Strong communicator, both visually and verbally, with the ability to influence and collaborate across design teams.
- A deep commitment to advancing sustainable design and making real-world impact through your work.
