About the Role
As a member of the bid team, the role involves working under the direction of partners and the Head of Bids to oversee the quality of bid documents, proposals, and presentation material produced by the team to help the practice win new work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the review, edit, and quality control of proposals and presentations
- Mentor and develop bid writers and coordinators, providing hands-on coaching and feedback
- Analyse bid opportunities and support Go/No Go decisions
- Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, and Studio teams to develop strong win strategies
- Uphold our brand identity and house style while driving message clarity
- Support and enhance our bid library alongside the Knowledge Manager
- Act as a key contributor to our equity, diversity, and inclusion goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the Architecture sector
- Proven experience managing and winning bids in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of bid strategy and best practice
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organisational skills
