A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Payroll Associate V on-site 1-2 days a week. Must have ADP experience.
Duties:
- Reply to Payroll Team shared mailbox.
- Analyze the data change files for completeness and reasonableness before processing.
- Analyze various payment files; calculate and enter retro, load files into ADP.
- Process void and reissue payments.
- Audit data changes processed by Payroll against payroll register.
- Audit exception and regular payments for tax and benefits accuracy, audit LOA payments.
Special Projects:
- PA W2C – tax change to tax-exempt for dependent care, gathering the pay data, processing the quarterly adjustments, maintain associated files for Team audit.
- Audit quarterly and year-end wage and tax register and related reports, identify needed adjustments and make prior quarter adjustments.
- Participates and performs year-end activities to ensure year-end forms (W-2) and report are generated timely and accurately.
Skills:
- 4 or more years relevant work experience, specifically Corporate Payroll experience required.
- ADP experience in employee data entry changes, new hires and terminations, loading various payment and manual check files.
- Understand standard ADP reports, Masterfile ADP register etc.
- Understand quarterly tax adjustments and repayments.
- Ability to adhere to Payroll deadlines.
- Ability to maintain all documents involved in the processing of a given pay period and taxation records in a secure and confidential manner.
Hybrid onsite 1-2 times a week (Wednesday will be one of the onsite days).
