Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a leading international consultancy while working as part of a close-knit team of professionals. The team delivers a diverse range of projects across the residential, office, hotel, and leisure sectors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading projects valued in excess of £10m, managing them from initial conception through to successful completion while mentoring and supporting Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
Qualifications
- MRICS is preferred
- Minimum of 6 years' Quantity Surveying experience
- QS experience within a consultancy or cost management practice
- Good pre and post contract experience – comfortable taking ownership of projects
- Experience on projects within the built environment valued upwards of £15m
