A Kent based, expanding Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with a strong attention to detail, as the business continues to grow.

The QS Director is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable carrying pre and post contract roles including cost estimating, CostX, project delivery, and RIBA Stage 5. From day one, the successful Quantity Surveyor will have a broad spectrum of projects to choose from including three bespoke high-spec homes (valued up to £4m), an animal sanctuary renovation, a heritage apartment conversion, and several public realm schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor should hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar, be working towards becoming MRICS, and have QS experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment. Pre and post contract knowledge is essential, and candidates should be within 45 minutes of Tunbridge Wells. Strong communication skills are also required.
