A fast-paced Cost Management consultancy working alongside a range of retail brands is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor for their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role:

  • Working closely with an Associate QS and Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on retail and fit-out projects for major food retailers across the UK, delivering schemes from inception through to completion, with support from the wider team.
  • As well as being involved in project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall have the opportunity to get involved in mentoring/management, and undertaking client facing roles.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
  • MRICS would be a bonus, not essential
  • Retail / food retail project experience would be a massive advantage
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • Cost planning and contract administration experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects
