A local based Quantity Surveying consultancy with a proven track record of successfully training junior quantity surveyors, are seeking an intelligent Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working closely with the Partners and two Associates, the successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to carry out pre and post contract tasks alongside other Graduates, Apprentices, and Assistant Quantity Surveyors in the team. Sector wise, the successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will gain insight into a variety of projects across the Southeast including an impressive portfolio of historic buildings, education, and private residential buildings.

Qualifications

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Completed a work placement or currently working as a Graduate QS
  • Basic Quantity Surveying knowledge
  • Keen to achieve MRICS
  • Car and driving licence
  • Professional, well spoken, able to commute to the Surrey office
  • Locally based (not relocating)
