An international property and construction consultancy are looking to expand their Quantity Surveying team in London by adding a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will carry out a client facing role whilst delivering an array of commercial and corporate fit-out projects throughout the City. As well as carrying out a traditional Cost Management / QS role, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will help mentor more junior members of the team and also help with bids and growing the QS offering.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
- A Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- MRICS or working towards it
- Commercial / Office / Fit out project experience (preferred)
- Pre and post contract experience
- Able to deliver a project independently
- Client facing skills
