A close-knit, Construction Consultancy that prioritises culture and development, are seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Nottingham office.
The successful Senior Project Manager will join a team of 10, which includes a mix of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, who are currently working on industrial, commercial, logistic, and residential projects across the Midlands and London.
The Director of Nottingham is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects, pre and post contract, with good experience of all the RIBA stages as well as being comfortable collaborating with the Quantity Surveying team.
The Senior Project Manager must:
- Have experience working within a Construction Consultancy or similar
- Be degree qualified (construction, engineering, or architectural)
- Have a minimum of 5 years Project Management experience
- Have delivered projects within the built environment
- Possess good pre and post contract knowledge
- MRICS would be a bonus, but not essential
