An ambitious Building Consultancy with a strong pipeline of work is seeking a personable Senior Building Surveyor who can come in and hit the ground running.

The Senior Building Surveyor’s role

Joining a talented team in London, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a broad mix of residential projects (public and private sector) carrying out a mixture of traditional building surveying roles and project bias (contract administration) services.

Alongside project delivery, there is a clear opportunity for the Senior Building Surveyor to get involved in business development which will lead to achieving Director status.

The Senior Building Surveyor

  1. Completed a RICS accredited/ Surveying degree
  2. MRICS would be ideal, not essential
  3. Previous experience working for a UK Building Consultancy
  4. Residential project experience
  5. Personable character
