A chartered surveying consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record in carrying out contract administration and employer's agent roles.

Based in their Manchester office, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across commercial and private sector projects, working across multiple schemes (pre and post contract) with values ranging from £500K to £25M.

The Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • Experience working towards completing APC
  • Ideally Employers Agent / Contract Admin experience
  • PQS / Consultancy background
  • Solid pre and post contract experience
  • 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Driving licence

In return, the position offers:
