A multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a forward-thinking Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Norwich.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on several different projects across an array of different sectors including residential, commercial and education. The Quantity Surveyor will carry out pre and post contract duties such as cost estimation, managing the tender process including preparing contracts.

Requirements:

  • Quantity Surveying degree, or RICS accredited Chartership is essential
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • Client facing experience
  • 3+ years QS experience
