A dynamic and down-to-earth Cost & Project Management Consultancy is expanding its Cambridge team and needs a forward-thinking Quantity Surveyor to lead their cost management offering in the region. Essential Requirements

  • MRICS qualified or RICS-accredited degree
  • Experience as a Senior or Project QS in a PQS/Consultancy environment
  • Strong pre & post-contract expertise
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team
  • Experience in industrial, healthcare, or residential projects (preferred)
