A dynamic and down-to-earth Cost & Project Management Consultancy is expanding its Cambridge team and needs a forward-thinking Quantity Surveyor to lead their cost management offering in the region. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role while working on diverse projects across industrial, logistics, residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors. You will have the autonomy to shape the department while being backed by a strong, collaborative team.
Essential Requirements
- MRICS qualified or RICS-accredited degree
- Experience as a Senior or Project QS in a PQS/Consultancy environment
- Strong pre & post-contract expertise
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Experience in industrial, healthcare, or residential projects (preferred)
